Last weekend we had a secret event organised by Bo & Fien for Eastpak. They made a big ice cube with little plastic eggs inside, which people had to find to win Eastpak goodies.
A lot of Eastpak Antidote tee's, cd's and even a limited Antidote backpack were given out to the lucky winners ! Check out some of the winners below. Besides that Gino's Eyeball gave a live show at the Tarmak terrace !

This Giant Puma Clyde arrived at Tarmak. The actual size of this shoe is UK 45... which is basically a shoe of monstrous proportions ! If you would convert this size to French/European size, it would be men's size 92 ! Yes, the smaller shoe inside the big Clyde, is a regular UK 10.

Now on display, vintage Nike LDV's from 1981 in unworn condition + the ultimate grail for many sneaker collectors; Nike 'Irreverence Justified' book ! This Nike book got pictures of pretty much every shoe Nike ever made. Only 2000 copies were made, so these 'bibles' are very hard to find and very expensive. (+-€300)

Puma keeps people guessing, re-releasing or restyling their classic running shoes. With their most recent venture into keeping their classics fresh, Puma has teamed up with Berlin sneaker boutique Solebox for a re-release of Puma's 698 Runner shoe, seen first in 1989. The shoe comes in a fresh blue - pink - white - black colorway. The sole features Puma's Trinomic technology with hexagonal pattern being copied in some of the lining on the upper in a light blue color. On top of that, the shoe comes with light up laces !
These kicks were released at Solebox Berlin on April 18th and are now on display at the store !

The Busy P x Air Force 1 is created in partnership with global innovator Pedro Winter aka Busy P as part of the 1WORLD series. Busy P is an electro house dj, producer, Ed Banger label manager, Daft Punk's manager and entertainer extraordinaire.

To design the Air Force 1 of his dreams, Pedro enrolled the services of So-Me, house art director of Ed Banger Records. Pedro likes his sneakers to be as bright and extravagant as possible, while So-Me has a very sober and classic taste in footwear. The two argued so much about what should be on the shoe that they decided to tell that story... on the shoe itself !

From the colors and materials to the stitching, every detail was the object of child-like squabbles between Busy P and So-Me. In the end, both are happy: the inside of the shoe is as slick and elegant as So-Me wanted the design, while the outside is as over-the-top as Busy P envisioned it. Pedro says, "I want my shoe to be a symbol for people who don't take themselves too seriously."

The Air Force 1 x Busy P is limited to 400 pairs, 200 for Europe and 200 for the US. These are sold out everywhere and now on display at the store !
